Shakespeare Express:
"I aim to encourage students to learn through creativity, collaboration and improvisation. Whether we're tackling Shakespeare, poetry, or more simply communication and collaboration, the hands on tools I impart to the students gives them a more organic and personalized journey to embracing these concepts or materials." Click for a breakdown of programs.
Workshops and presentations can vary in focus and length. Heavier attention can be paid toward the language or creative expression; however, a balance of both is reccomended. I'm always happy to cater an original workshop to the special desire and need of the students. Please inquire for availability.

Presentation to 180 Middle School Students: focus on breaking down Shakespeare's rhetoric.
Monologue Movement Shot
Using line endings from one particular Shakespearean Monologue, I encouraged individual students to give a physical gesture to accompany their word. What we created was a still shot of the trajectory of the characters emotional journey. Sometimes easier to see visually than breakdown verbally. Any guess as to who's monologue it might be?
